How
to use these cheat codes:
To
use
a cheat, you must first get the cheat window, by looking below.
You then type the cheats into that window, and press enter.
Windows:
Ctrl + Alt +Shift + C
Macintosh: Command + Alt + Shift + C

Makes all items free (except for landscape tools).
call cousin Vinnie - A
local fundraising event will appear in the meet window. If
you accept, you'll receive §100,000. You can only use this
cheat once per city.
zyxwvu
- Type in this cheat, after using the "call cousin
Vinnie" code, and rejecting it. When you type in this code,
a SimCity Castle will appear in the rewards window. Placing
this in your city will increase land value, along with aura.
i
love red tape
- Resets the year back to 1900. Also, City Hall's description
becomes, "Miles and Miles of Red Tape."

to the masses - All power utilities become available.

UFO
Swarm -
After typing in this cheat, start a UFO disaster. You'll have

Any neighbor(s) that you are connected to will begin to offer

A flock of birds appear in the main city window.

tribute to your king -
All rewards become available.
stop
forcing advice -
Advisors quit giving you advice.
force
[advisor] to say [text] -
Forces the advisor you specify (Gus, Randall, Moe, Constance,
Karen, Maria, and Mortimer) to say whatever you put in to
the [text] bracket.
force
petitioners to say [text] -
Same as above cheat, but with petitioners.
salt
(on-off) -
Turns all water to either salt, or fresh water.
terrain
one up -
Elevates terrain up one tile. (Note: Destroys city, use before
building)
terrain
one down -
Elevates terrain down one tile. (Note: Destroys city, use
before building)
terrain
ten up -
Elevates terrain up ten tiles. (Note: Destroys city, use before
building)
terrain
ten down -
Elevates terrain down ten tiles. (Note: Destroys city, use
before building)
load
terrain [path] -
Use this to load a .bmp terrain.
Building
Plop Cheat
Using
this cheat, you can place as many, and any building that you
want up to your hearts content. Here's what you have to do.
Open the Power Utilities window, and close it. Open the rewards
window and close it. Open the Garbage Utilities window and
close it. Then, open the Landmark window, and every building
will be listed. Note that next time you open a different window,
other than the landmarks window, this process will have to
be repeated.
Try
entering some of the below cheats, and watch the ticker window:
